Lake Elmo Reserve Couples Session

This Couples Session taken place at Lake Elmo Reserve is a special one to me (will explain in a moment). So many lovely things about this day and this couple! I feel like this scenario happens to me frequently…..rain forecasted all day for the scheduled session, and out “out of the blue” we get a clearing to capture some BEAUTIFUL shots! Although we had some sprinkles for a while, we just rolled with it and had fun with a pretty umbrella! It gave the images an extra uniqueness which I loved! Is this a coincidence that rain keeps holding off? 🙂 I think not! Mini Miracles is what I call them!

As I have mentioned before, these two are the epiphany of marriage! (Now explaining why this one is special!) They have been married for 28 strong years and have dedicated love, gratitude, and RESPECT for each other. They feel so strongly about making a a relationship not just great, but extraordinary! I mean why not right?! You have a lifetime together, why not make it absolutely amazing?!?! Life is all about how you perceive it along with some amazing tools and advice. My husband and I grateful to be one of their “O2E Couples” (Ordinary to Extraordinary)! Deep within Jodi’s heart she truly wants to make the world a better place one couple at a time. They have created and followed a strategy that has helped them create more extraordinary days than ordinary days. No, she is not a therapist, rather a beautiful human with an enormous heart and lovely goals to begin the ripple effect with love. From Nutrition, to physical intimacy, to education and money, plus more, it all plays a role! The tools given in this amazing experience were incredible, just as they are!

Let me explain the sunflowers! First off, aren’t they GORGEOUS!? I always LOVE a little something extra, especially floral, in portraits! Sunflowers turn to follow the sun and their faces symbolizes the sun itself, conveying warmth and happiness, adoration and longevity. Everything you would see in this couple!
