JR’s Barn Wedding
Mark and Alyssa tied the knot at JR’s Barn value in Waldorf Minnesota this month! This venue had a charming southern vibe to its rustic roots. Upon walking into this venue, you could feel all feels just walking through the opening of the thick trees. The path through the trees were decorated, lit, and filled with love. Then came the clearing in the trees…the gorgeous barn and its entirety. All of the little nooks and crannies around this property made it unique and quaint. The bride and groom had their own getting ready suites, the barn for dinner and dancing and hangouts just about everywhere that were decorated to perfection.
This wedding reminded me so much of my own with all of the details. Everything was perfect and so well thought out! The barn door in the secluded woods was perfectly placed and perfect for their first look. It was one of the best I’ve ever seen! I always love seeing the first look, their reactions were priceless! I will not forget how he danced around her, admiring every part of his beautiful bride! As we headed into the ceremony, The ceremony was a tear jerker in itself! I was a little surprised at myself when I felt real tears streaming down my cheekbones! So beautiful. The barn’s set up for the ceremony totally set the mood! Ha!
One thing I just HAVE to mention are all of the SINGERS in their family! Mark and Alyssa said that if there are are any clinking of glasses, that you would first have to sing a song about love before they kissed. I was bummed because I thought there wouldn’t be much clinking, but boy did they prove me WRONG! I felt like I was at a Mariah Carey concert, goosebumps on the arms, and all….WOW! Honestly something so special and to cherish those memories forever!
For a lifetime together, these two have had an amazing start! A huge congrats to to Mark and Alyssa, and thank you to all vendors for such a fantastic day!
