Minneapolis Senior Session
St. Anthony Main / Stone Arch Bridge
This beautiful lil lady FINALLY got to enjoy her Senior Portrait Session! This Minneapolis Senior Session was a special one to me as I know this family personally! YEARS before I was a senior in High School, I had DREAMED of the day I would have my senior pictures taken! I dreamt of every detail from what earrings I would wear to how I would pair the outfits with my surrounding locations! Seriously, am I wrong when I say every high school girl looks forward to their senior photos?!
I have known this lovely family for years and it has been incredible to watch Reese grow into the beautiful woman that she is! We can always count on this family for support and fun memories! They are a family of integrity and their roots show through Reese.
Not only is she polite, and just about the sweetest little human on earth, she is fun, uplifting and has a beautiful bubbly personality! She was organized and had all outfits laid out perfectly so our session went very smooth from location to location!
Mill Ruins Park
Through our consult chat, I got to “see” her vision and help pair outfits with her locations! Starting in Minneapolis, we made a run through Mill Ruins Park and then down into St Anthony Main with beautiful shots of the Stone Arch Bridge! If you haven’t been to Mill Ruins Park, I highly recommend checking it out! I brought my children there a few weeks ago and they loved seeing all of the architecture, climbing on the broken stone and frolicking in the beautiful flowers! It has a real neat filmy vibe!
Willow River
These photos below were taken at Willow River State Park at the falls. I had gone down to the falls a few days prior and noticed conditions were perfect! It’s definitely not a “walk in the park” 🤣 as the path to get down to the falls is steep and long! This area can be quite challenging to shoot at with all of mother nature’s elements having to be so perfect! The water was low enough where we could go into water for a variety of images. We had sooo much fun! Thankfully I had Reese’s momma to help hold gear and diffusers while were knee deep, yelling at each other (because the falls were so loud!!) We honestly lucked out big-time! The photos from this Minneapolis Senior Session did not disappoint! 🥰
Reese will be attending her senior year in Florida this year! This gymnastics beaming, golf swinging, determined young soul will move mountains in her future and I can not wait to watch!
