Dreamy Como Park Maternity Session
The painful tears she endured laying in the hospital bed hurt ever so badly as fertility and loss became their reality. All they wanted was another sibling for their 8 year old son and another child to love and hold. To give one more child a chance to live a beautiful, meaningful life in a home surrounded with enormous amounts of love; to one day move mountains in this difficult world.
This day was something extra special for this family. A painful journey that began a grueling 4 years ago, they finally got pregnant and made it to 32 weeks with a healthy baby girl! So many emotions on this day with their NEW reality of a growing family finally coming to fruition in a few short weeks! As I snapped photos, their reflections onto where they had been and where they are now made MY emotions soar. The happiness that I felt for them in this moment was overwhelmingly true. Hearts completely filled.
This lovely, brave woman, is also a friend that I met through one of @Amy_demos photography classes (which I totally recommend checking out if this has been an interest to you)! This amazing mama and I have had some fun times shooting together and clinking our brains together to come up with some super fun, and creative photography ideas, shoots, styles, ect.
